Melodie is a bus driver, cook and an ECA with The Apple Tree Preschool Learning Center in Ajax. As a bus driver, she makes sure the children are driven safely and on time to and from school each day. As a cook she makes sure the children are served healthy and nutritional snacks each day. She enjoys the smiles on the children’s faces when she enters the rooms with their snacks. As an ECA, she assists the teachers in any way that they may need. Melodie is passionate about her roles within The Apple Tree Learning Center. She has been working with children since 2008 where she began driving a school bus for Durham ways. Melodie is also a mother of four boys and enjoys coming to work at The Apple Tree where she can help care for children and be a positive role model for them each day. Before joining The Apple Tree in 2015, she drove for metrolinx Go Transit where she drove go buses across the GTA. Melodie is looking forward to a rewarding future with The Apple Tree Preschool and Learning Center, it’s staff, parents and all the wonderful children in The Apple Tree family.
