“I’ve always had a passion for food. Along with this passion is a desire to serve good food to people of all ages. After graduating from George Brown College, Culinary Management, I completed my internship as a Pastry Chef at a Chocolate-based restaurant in Yorkville, Toronto. I had a unique opportunity to experience a season working as a Pastry Chef at a kids camp in Haliburton running the baking department. It was the experience working with and serving children that had me looking for other opportunities combining my love of serving food and my new passion of helping children grow. The Apple Tree Preschool welcomed me into their world and has given me the opportunity to do what I love every day while also opening me up to the exciting and rewarding world of childcare.”
